To qualify for service, applicants must be a resident living within the corporate City Limits of Guthrie for at least one (1) year and may not serve on more than two (2) City of Guthrie Boards, Commissions, or Committees at any point in time.
If appointed, applicants must maintain residency during their term of service, may not serve more than two (2) consecutive full terms, and may not miss more than four (4) successive regular meetings.
