The City of Guthrie is accepting sealed Proposals for the: Property Management of the Fairgrounds Arena and Racetrack. Proposals are to be enclosed in an envelope with a notation affixed on the outside bottom left corner of the envelope:  RFP No 2023-03 Fairgrounds Arena and Racetrack

Provide five (5) copies of your Proposal, as well as a digital PDF file on a compact disk, thumb drive or similar of your entire proposal.
