Fleet Services

Responsibilities

This division has the responsibility of providing automotive and equipment maintenance for all City departments.

Services Provided

• Routine and preventive maintenance
• Major and minor diagnostics
• Repairs to all areas of the City's fleet of vehicles and equipment
• Assist other City departments whenever credentials and/or experience allows

Projects

• Parts acquisition for fleet operations
• Inventory maintenance of high-use parts and lubricants
• Fuel tracking
• Product recovery and recycling
• Use and cost tracking to assist in maintaining budgetary control and consideration for immediate and future needs
• Weekly and monthly department use reports
